We are trading our time for money, and paying RENT to the brokerage, with absolutely no ownership stake in the company, and the only way to have growth is to work more hours and make more sales. 


“But I’m really close with my broker” …. Yeah! If someone was paying me 30 grand a year, I’d be best friends with them too! 

The truth is, passive income is the ONLY way to go from working for the rest of your life, to a freedom lifestyle.  

I GET IT. I thought the same thing too.  It makes sense in a world of essential-oil-selling-mom’s on Facebook that you’d be sceptical of a profit sharing model.   It makes much more sense for all of the profits to go directly into the pockets of the brokerage owners and CEO’s…
… right? 

The reality is, the OLD way of doing things just isn’t working anymore. 


Look at what happened to Blockbuster when Netflix came around, or taxi cabs when Uber showed up in the market.  This is the FUTURE of Real Estate, and you’re at a crossroads where you can decide if you want to die like Blockbuster, or if you want to grow like Netflix. 


You only get one life. How you’re going to spend it?
